Gleann Fia is a 32-unit housing development of three and four bed dwellings.
While working on the Meadows development in Mogeely we purchased the lands for the Gleann Fia development. We appointed Architects and were granted planning permission for a mixed scheme of three and four bed houses, this development was completed and the scheme sold off plan during construction
