Project Director

Kevin has worked as a Project and Contracts Manager in the Irish and UK Construction Industry for over 20 years with Architectural practices and Main Contractors.

Setting up his own Construction Company in 1999. Kevin and his firm have completed several projects in Social Housing, Schools, Libraries, Residential Developments, Commercial and Industrial projects for private and public clients.

With a proven track record in the management of Construction Contracts, JCT and NEC. Kevin is keenly aware of the strong responsibility for Profit and Loss on projects, tendering of packages and the management of valuations.

Kevin takes responsibility for the Management of Site Teams and Site Staff along with Client and Design team liaison.

Kevin has gone on to complete a number of successful property development projects, managing the process from inception through to completion, some of the completed residential projects remain under the management of Abbeyglen who continue to provide hands on assistance to their Clients many years after sale and completion.
